How we verify specialists
Every psychologist in the catalog has passed five verification stages. We show them in full — so you know exactly what we vouch for.
From questionnaire to probation
E0 · Questionnaire
We check education, practice experience, personal-therapy and retraining hours. Candidates who don't meet the formal criteria are cut automatically.
E1 · Documents
Diploma, retraining, certificates, a criminal-record clearance. Every document is reviewed by a moderator, some by a senior one.
E2 · Payment
A review fee filters out non-serious applications and covers the work of moderators and interviewers.
E4 · Interview
A live interview with a methodologist: clinical cases, approach to work and adherence to the code of ethics.
E5 · Probation
First sessions run under supervision. The profile opens in the catalog only after a successful probation.
Why the bar is so high
A client comes to a psychologist in a vulnerable state and can't check the credentials themselves. We take that work on.
Client safety
Document checks and the interview reduce the risk of meeting a specialist without the needed training.
