Five stages to a catalog profile
Questionnaire
Education, practice experience, personal-therapy and supervision hours. An initial cutoff by formal criteria happens right away.
Documents
Diploma, retraining, certificates and clearances. A moderator reviews every document by hand.
Payment
A review-and-onboarding fee. It covers the work of moderators and interviewers.
Interview
A live meeting with a methodologist: case discussion, approach to work and ethical principles.
Probation
First sessions run under supervision. After a successful period the profile opens in the catalog.
